Booking & Payment Policy : 
  • All booking direct easy at our website for booking rooms, ours, or transport services, you are going to save your time and money.
  • All booking and payment made at our website is secured and always getting a cheapest price offered directly from our company. 
  • We make your booking easy and payment only 50% at our secured website, so it very simple  for you.  
Check-in/out Policy :
  • Check in: from 12:30;
  • Check out: no later than 12:00;
  • Early check-in: subject to room availability.
  • All booking made direct at our website is always getting early check-in or late check-out for free of charge when we have it available.
Late check-out policy :
  • Late check-out is subject to room availability
  • 12:30 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge (If you are in this case, please ask our receptionist to have room arranged in advance)
  • After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge (If you are in this case, please ask our receptionist to have room arranged in advance)
Early arrivals and late departures:
  •  If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel
Children Policy :
  1. Child under 5-year old: free of charge.
  2. Child from 5-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $8/person/room/night.
  3. Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $10/person/room/night.
Cancellation / Amendment Policy : This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
  1. All booking made direct at our website is free of cahrge for any cancellation period 2 days before the check-in date
  2. All booking made direct at our website is 50% charged for any cancellation period 1 day before the check-in date
  3. All booking made direct at our website is  100% charged for any cancellation in the same day of the check-in date or No-Show.
  4. The refund process will take approximately 5 to 15 working days. A transaction fee of 3% for Visa card, Master card and 5% for American Express will be applied. Please notify us at info@familyholidayhotel.com when you receive the refunded amount.
Complaints or Comments:
  • We take our guests satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately. 
  • Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to info@familyholidayhotel.com. Your dissatisfaction will be resolved within 24 hours.
